The manager likes to use the word can’t kept asking what can’t he do because he was saying he could not smog a 1999 Volkswagen van it’s actually a RV but it’s just a VW van. I’ve used the other five or six different locations for USA AUTO for other things, including smog Never had a problem with any of the other USA autos and they were able to explain to me why they couldn’t do something that then I may have requested, but I can’t think of anything I’ve ever said no to.
