DO NOT USE VETERANS ALLIANCE CONSTRUCTION. You have been warned. No show no call the first scheduled repair appointment, after I took off a day of work. Then rescheduled for last Saturday (missed my sons baseball game), again no show no call. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails. Set up another attempt for today. Mind you it's minor tile repairs and they previously visited my house to take pictures and dimensions for the tile repairs already. They show up today and it's not even the right color, siz,e or even bullnose shape. They demo/removed the craked piece before even seing if what they brought matched. Now I have painters tape covering sharp edges as a "protective" measure. I called the supervisor, Viri, and she refuses to answer my calls or respond to my texts, even after I heard her speaking to the repair man while in my kitchen. Customer service is completely missing. I have lost time, money and memories with my family because of their terrible performances or lack there of. They cannot handle a simple tile repair, I would not trust them with anything else. If you can chose zero stars, I would. Save yourself!
