I got the neo angle glass door installed on February 1from vip glass llc , Paterson based xompany. I paid above average price as I was assured of best quality and warranty services .
The door installation did go wrong and door is completely leaking because of misalignment of door and overall faulty installation . More than 2 months I have been following up . Forget about quality, service what I got is demonstration of extreme unprofessionalism,false promises
The neo door is completely leaking because of misaligned door. The owner has not fixed it even after sending all videos , photos .
The door leaks from several places . His colleague came once , poured sealer on the hardware - in fact made it look terrible and left the leakages intreated .
Bad part of working with this company is no clear communication, not accepting faults and not willing to correct. Only clearer communication happened when taking deposit and balance which was on time of completion .
I believe in giving opportunities to new businesses and supporting young entrepreneurs.
But looks like I made serious mistake giving work with this vip glass llc (Paterson nj). Unfortunately, will end up suing this company in court , can not recommend this company to anyone .
Update - attached the abusive messages this company owner posted in phone chat to me , instead of apologising. I gave this owner enough time to fix the issues . Requesting that because of installation problems we can not use this bathroom at all. This was 2 nd door he installed in quick succession . I gave him repeat business and that’s certainly a big mistake
