This agency has been padding my rent for over 18 months, double billing me for a garage and then not giving me the "discount" that was promised to me from the yard and slow clearance. They altered the accounting to make it look like they never double billed, but I had the receipts. While they were "negotiating" the situation behind the landlord's back, they told me the landlord had offered to make amends, and the landlord knew nothing of the negotiations. They stole money from me, and have yet to return the interest on the money they stole. They raised the rent and broke leases constantly. We are in LTB now, so they can pay me back. It has been stressful and arduous. Renters, check your payments.
