For the two main reasons, I wanted a pro to detail my car. Excessive rust dust on my wheel rims and to professionally clean the exhaust caps. Neither were accomplished, and the answer I got as to why is that we don't have harsh chemicals to clean that off your car. Bolony! The rest of the detail was great. Very disappointed they refused to make the deal right. One and done
