Visited the facility with appointment for self and my daughter,Dr.John Levasseur is a great doctor with a keen eye and a compassion for his patients.I had a problem with the care given to my daughter she was to receive a steroid injection in her buttocks that was given the wrong way by the nurse.This medicine is to be given Intramuscular and she used a subcutaneous needle that was prefilled.She was confronted and educated by the doctor to give the shot Intramuscular. The nurse apologized and proceeded to give the injection properly.My concern is what was in the first dose given.After all the commotion they text my daughter to pay ten more dollars from her bill.The discharge payment was given.....this was an insult to injury.
