Westown Tire Bros (3620 Pearl Rd), quality has gone completely downhill, I went in for 4 new tires and back brake pads and new rotors.
I supplied the parts for the job. Any rebuttals from this company shows how horrible customer service is, and they will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes they occur from doing business from them. They should have said how may I fix the problems!!! Thats is a start to a positive rapport with business to customer situation when an issue occurs.
Whoever has overcite to respond with negative experiences with Westown Tire bros needs to be educated better with handling issues with customers.
So let's get into the issues I had with this company; I made an appointment for 8am Monday June 9th 2025, It was already rocky because the employees didn't start showing up until after 8.15am, I then found out my tires were not shipped to the place but they would do my brakes in the meantime that didn't start until after 8.30am, I then was asked how to put my vehicle in Maintenace mode!? They finished up the brakes on both sides around 30mins, not bad time frame but wait till the end that time will play into the billing hours spent to install them, I also supplied the parts brand new brakes pads and rotors, I then was told the tires were still not in and running late. I waited for over an hour to be told the tires were the wrong ones and had to go back to the warehouse to get the right ones, here is the ironic part the employee didn't ask me the right questions and then the manager scolded me like it was my fault for the improper tires sizes and why didn't they get the tires this fast to where my vehicle was in the morning??? Everything was finished after 11am finally. After looking at the bill I told them they charged me too much on the bill and I timed them doing the job, it didn't take that long with replacing my brakes and rotors. Here is the icing on the cake, it was raining all morning, and I didn't notice until the sun came out that I witnessed a scratch on the back right area where the tire would be lifted and brought back down. I am going to be filing a case against Westown Tire Bros next week unless they refund 100% my invoice they charged me.
