I waited over 4 hours for a 15-minute bulb installation, despite bringing my own bulbs. I was told the wait was because the parts were being ordered, which was not accurate. The work was eventually done correctly, but the long wait, poor communication, and $90 charge made this a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
