I called AP inc. for a quotation on replacing 3 air conditioning wall units because I constantly had problems with them for the 8 years I had them. A rep, Wesley Perez, called me back within a couple of hours. We set up an appointment for a quoation and discuss excatly what I wanted. He showed up for the appointment on time as scheduled. I had a formal quotation by the end of the day with a proposed date of installation as discussed, which was in less than 2 weeks from the quotation acceptance. They showed up on time as scheduled. Three people came. One was the owner's son. All were very professional, organized, and very clean. The first thing they did when they entered the house was to lay out carpeting all around the house. It was an all day job. They looked at the existing installation both inside and outside and determined and explained the best plan of execution. Everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the installation and so far they are working very well. I highly recommend Climatisation AP inc.
