We just got are cats teeth cleaned and they told us she could go home just as we got home are cat started puking up water and she was so out of it. She couldn’t puke it out and then she suffocated and died so they should make sure they are good to go home.
I don’t recommend taking your older cat there

I called up to fill up a prescription which had a refill for my dog, ear drops. I am told , we cannot help you , your refill might be cancelled,the vet is no longer with us. It will take 72 hrs to ask another doc to get them to sign your refill. We haven't seen your dog for 6 months. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. UnacceptableThis is absolute nonsense . Please don't take your pets to this place. It's just a money making racket. They don't care about your pets!!

My dog was in respiratory distress and I came in as Their website says they take emergency walk in until 10 pm and emergency walk in’s welcome. this was around 7 pm on a Monday. Waiting room was empty and 3 front desk staff that were rude and just said that we needed to go someplace else as they are not an emergency vet. I was taking all 3 of my pets here for over 7 years. I won’t ever again. Don’t waste your time going here they definitely don’t care about your pets. My dog ended up passing away.
